摘  要:通过研究土壤质地、覆草种类和厚度及光照时长对东北铁线莲出苗率、株高、根长、生物量的影响,结果表明:沙壤土育苗出苗率最高,达80.2%;连续3 a沙壤土株高均最高。覆草厚度1 cm和2 cm时,玉米秸覆草的出苗率、根长均最大。每日光照10 h出苗率最高,为82.5%,茎、叶、根生物量最大,分别为0.31、0.68和0.58 g。By studying the effects of soil texture,grass covering types and thickness,and duration of light on the emergence rate,plant height,root length,and biomass of Clematis manshurica,result shows that the emergence rate of sandy loam soil was the highest,reaching 80.2%;sandy loam soil plants for three consecutive years The height average is the highest;when the mulching thickness is 1 cm and 2 cm,the emergence rate and root length of corn stalk mulching are the highest.The highest seedling emergence rate is 82.5%under daily light for 10 hours,and the biomass of stem,leaf and root is the highest,being 0.31,0.68&0.58 g,respectively.
