摘 要:为探索较佳的油茶繁育技术,以普通油茶作砧木进行福建省油茶的本异砧试验,并对嫁接效果进行分析,结果表明:本异砧嫁接成活率均超过85%;砧木的不同生长阶段以未展叶期嫁接成活率最高;砧木种子大小以大粒种子砧木嫁接成活率最高。普通油茶可以作为广谱砧木推广使用,嫁接繁育时,优先选择未展叶期及采用大粒砧木种子。In order to explore optimal techniques for raising seedlings of Camellia oleifera oleifera,the common rootstock of Camellia oleifera was used as the rootstock to conduct experiments on the original and different stocks of Camellia oleifera in Fujian Province,and the grafting effects were analyzed.Result shows that the survival rate of grafting on the different stocks all exceed 85%;the rootstocks are different in the growth stage,the grafting survival rate is the highest in the undeveloped stage;the seed size of the rootstock is the largest seed grafting survival rate.Ordinary Camellia oleifera can be promoted as a broad-spectrum rootstock.When grafting and breeding,the undeveloped stage and large-grain rootstock seeds are preferred.
