摘 要:针对当前土地利用总体规划调整的图形辅助功能直接在多源业务图层上进行叠加裁剪等空间操作,而导致的结果数据拓扑匹配误差、边界间隙等问题,由此设计了一种基于最小格网单元的土地规划调整方法。基于空间填充曲线空间划分的空间临近特性,采用Hilbert编码对调整区域进行划分和编码,设计调整跟踪表追踪调整过程,最后依据业务规则以格网为最小单元进行规划调出操作。实验表明,经过多轮调整,调整区域边界趋于整齐,有效避免了拓扑不一致的问题,提升规划调整业务的自动化水平,为当前局部规划调整信息化系统建设提供一种新的方案。In order to solve the problems of topological matching error and boundary gap in the result data caused by the spatial operations such as overlay clipping on the multi-source operational layer directly by the graphic auxiliary function of the current general land use planning adjustment,a land use planning adjustment method based on the minimum grid cell was proposed in this paper.Based on the spatial adjacency character of space-filling curves,the adjustment area is divided into equal size square grids and coded by using Hilbert curve and a tracing table is designed to trace the adjustment operations.Finally,in accordance with the business rules,the grid is used as the minimum operating unit to carry out the planned call out operation.The experiment showed that the boundary of the land units tended to be more regular after several rounds of adjustments.The use of grid cells in adjustment effectively avoided the topological inconsistency,improved the automation level of planning and adjustment and provided a new scheme for the current local planning and adjustment information system construction.
