摘 要:对60Si2MnA制动器回位弹簧断裂失效的问题进行了研究,对弹簧断口及其成分进行了分析,建立了考虑损伤的弹簧有限元模型,对典型工况下的弹簧应力状态进行了研究.结果表明,回位弹簧弯钩在加工时的表面损伤是裂纹扩展源,导致回位弹簧断裂失效.回位弹簧弯钩型式应选择应力集中较小的圆钩环,加工时应避免弹簧钢丝弯曲过程中对钢丝表面的损伤,回位弹簧氧化前应增加磁粉探伤检查.The fracture failure mechanism of the return spring was studied.The failure surface and its composition have been analyzed.The spring finite element model considering damage was established to investigate the stress under typical working conditions.The results show that the surface damage of the spring hook during manufacturing is the source of crack propagation,which causes the fracture failure of the return spring.The round hook ring should be used due to less stress concentration.The damage to the steel wire surface should be avoided in the manufacture process of spring steel wire bending,and magnetic particle inspection should be performed before oxidation of return spring.
