摘　　要：针对煤巷条带掘进面瓦斯治理抽采时间长、采掘衔接紧张的问题,利用定向钻孔长距离、大孔径、轨迹可控的优势,在已掘巷道施工定向钻孔,对煤巷条带瓦斯进行提前精准抽采,缩短抽采时间,解决采掘衔接紧张的问题。采用定向钻机施工底板梳状钻孔预抽煤巷条带瓦斯工艺是可行的,单组底板梳状定向钻孔可实现对70 m长度煤巷条带有效覆盖,钻孔预抽效果是普通钻孔的2倍。In order to solve the problem of long time and tension in the excavation connection,the construction of directional drilling was given in the roadway by taking the advantages of long distance,large aperture and controllable trajectory of directional drilling,so as to pump the gas in the roadway strip in advance and accurately,which shortened the extraction time and solved the tension in the excavation connection.It is feasible to use the directional drilling rig to construct the floor comb borehole to pre-pump the gas in the roadway strip,and the single group of floor comb boreholes can effectively cover the 70 m length of coal roadway strip,and the pre-pumping effect of the borehole was twice as effective as the common borehole.
