摘  要:斜沟煤矿23107面回采阶段巷道频繁淋水且淋水量较大,须对该工作面进行突水危险性评价。通过打钻测压计算,该工作面突水系数为0.134 MPa/m,结合数值模拟回采结果,回采阶段内工作面前方和煤壁侧应力集中化程度高,工作面底板和后方采空区均发生了拉伸和剪切破坏,产生了导水裂隙,表明该工作面有突水危险性。采用底板注浆对工作面进行改造,共施工16个钻场,96个钻孔。注浆改造后实践表明,底板塑性区变形得到改善,检验钻孔最小涌水量为0.20 m^3/h,最大为5.83 m^3/h,均小于10 m^3/h的现场要求,说明注浆效果良好,保证了工作面顺利回采。23107 recovery mining face of Xiegou Mine is subject to frequent and large water showers,and the face must be evaluated for sudden water surge hazard.In combination with the results of numerical simulation of the recovery phase,the stress concentration degree in front of the working face and coal wall side was high,and the tensile and shear damages occurred in the face bottom plate and the rear mining space,resulting in water-conducting cracks,indicating that the face was at risk of sudden water penetration.The bottom plate grouting was used to modify the working face,and 16 drill sites and 96 holes were constructed.After the transformation,the practice showed that the deformation of the plastic zone of the bottom plate was improved,and the minimum gush of water in the inspection borehole was 0.20 m^3/h,and the maximum was 5.83 m^3/h,both were smaller than the on-site requirement of 10 m^3/h,which showed that the grouting effect was good and ensured the smooth recovery of the working face.
