摘 要:为提高刮板输送机刮板可靠性,以望云煤矿SG 650型刮板输送机为例,从刮板链条研究入手,建立链条链轮的啮合模型,分析链条在啮合过程中应力变化情况。分析结果显示,该刮板输送机链条最大等效应力值为436 MPa,小于材料的屈服极限,链条整体结构安全,但根据应力分布情况可知同一啮合接触区域的平环应力值大于立环,平环的应力最大值点位于与立环所接触的区域。从提高链条可靠性的角度出发提出了2条链条的优化改进意见。In order to improve the reliability of the scraper conveyor scraper,the SG650 scraper conveyor was taken as an example to establish the engagement model,and the stress changes of the chain in the engagement process was analyzed.The analysis results showed that the maximum equivalent force of the scraper conveyor chain was 436 MPa,which was less than the yield limit of the material,and the overall structure of the chain was safe.The maximum stress point of the flat ring was located in the contact area of the vertical ring.The optimization of the 2 chains was suggested from improving the reliability of the chain.
