摘 要:根据崔家沟煤矿的实际情况,对其生产能力为2.1 Mt/a的地面生产系统进行改造设计。从避免影响矿井正常生产和满足地面生产系统改造功能出发,主要阐述了在现有狭小矿井工业场地内地面生产系统的储煤、输煤、原煤分级、智能选矸和产品煤储装运系统等环节的工艺选择、工艺布置和主要设备选型等方面的设计,提出了一种切合实际且自动化程度较高的生产系统典型设计方案,为类似煤矿生产系统改造设计提供借鉴。According to the actual situation of Cuijiagou Mine,the ground production system with a production capacity of 2.1 Mt/a was reformed and designed.The design included the process selection,process layout and main equipment selection for the coal storage,coal conveying,raw coal classification,intelligent gangue selection and product coal storage and shipment system of the surface production system in the existing small mine industrial site mainly described to avoid affecting the normal production of the mine and to meet the transformation function of the surface production system,and a practical and highly automated typical design of the production system was proposed.The design of the coal mining system was developed to provide reference for the transformation design of similar coal mining production systems.
