摘 要:为了分析近年来浅埋深特厚煤层顶板事故频发原因,以上榆泉煤矿1003工作面为工程背景,对锚索的支护参数进行研究。实验表明,10号煤层的平均抗压强度是12.3 MPa,平均抗拉强度是0.8 MPa。现场调查表明,顺槽支护初期变形量小,后期会逐渐出现巷肩片帮及顶板整体下沉的情况。窥视表明,顶板煤层存在大量的垂直裂隙,煤岩交界处较完整,锚索锚固在煤层是可行的,锚索的设计宜采用悬吊理论。锚索优化结果是锚固剂增加一卷CK2350;锚索间距为2 m,每排2根,排距为2 m。本研究可为类似地质条件顺槽顶板的锚索支护提供参考。In order to analyze the frequent occurrence of roof accidents in shallow-buried and extra-thick coal seams in recent years,this paper takes No.1003 working face of Shangyuquan Coal Mine as the engineering background to study the parameters of anchor cable support.Experiments show that the mean compressive strength of No.10 coal seam is 12.3 MPa and the mean tensile strength 0.8 MPa.Field investigations show that the initial deformation of the gateway support is small but the rib spalling and overall roof sinking would gradually appear in later stages.Peeping shows that there are abundant vertical cracks in the roof,but the coal-rock interface is complete.It is feasible to anchor the cable in the coal seam,so the suspension theory is adopted.The optimization results in anchoring agent increasing by one roll of CK2350;the anchor cable spacing is two meters and there are two in each row with 2-meter spacing.The research could provide the guidance and reference for the anchor cable support along the roof under the similar geological conditions.
