摘  要:以长平煤矿Ⅲ4303回采工作面为研究背景,依据实测的上覆岩层赋存条件和力学特征,用关键层理论判别得出工作面上覆岩层含3层关键层,回采时关键层之间相互影响形成复合关键层;根据回采期间矿压监测推演上覆岩层运移规律,构建关键层破断前后力学模型,采用静力学理论建立支架-围岩之间的力学平衡关系式,分析亚关键层1、亚关键层2和主关键层厚度、煤体塑性区范围、煤体支承应力、采空区矸石支承应力、断裂角度、断裂步距等各因素对支架阻力的影响。通过多因素确定大采高支架阻力范围,并提出顶板控制的基本方法。According to the measured overlying strata occurrence and mechanical characteristics of III4303 working face in Changping Coal Mine,three layers of key strata were identified using the key strata theory.The composite key strata formed by the interaction between the layers during the mining process.On monitoring rock pressure,the migration law of the overlying strata was deduced and the mechanical model before and after the failure of the key strata was constructed.The mechanical equilibrium of the support-surrounding rock was established by statics theory to analyze various factors on the support resistance,including the thickness,coal body plastic zone,bearing stress of coal and gangue in goaf,fracture angle,fracture interval of sub-key layer 1,sub-key layer 2,and main key strata.Additionally,the support resistance range of the large mining height was determined and the basic method of roof control was proposed.
