摘  要:在非常态的城市条件下,社区成为维持人民正常生活的唯一单元。在此次突发公共卫生事件的各方防疫工作中,各地社区在面对此次疫情作出的反应极其不平衡。反思我国长期以往的社区规划工作框架与管理机制,当下急需进一步完善社区规划体系来推进各阶段公众参与深度,进而在物质空间规划与社区管理制度上提高社区韧性。研究突发公共卫生事件时虚拟地理信息系统对灾害治理的积极作用,建立数字化、智能化管理系统。同时研究虚拟地理信息系统在社区规划中的应用,提高社区规划科学性、可持续性,可以从技术层面着手为我国社区规划发展带来新思路。Under the abnormal urban conditions,the community has become the only unit to maintain the normal life of the people.In the epidemic prevention work of all parties to this public health emergency,the response of local communities in the face of the epidemic is extremely uneven.Reflecting on the long-term framework and management mechanism of community planning in China,there is an urgent need to further improve the community planning system to promote the depth of public participation at all stages,so as to improve community resilience in material space planning and community management system.Study the positive effect of virtual geographic information system on disaster management during public health emergencies,and establish a digital and intelligent management system.At the same time,studying the application of virtual geographic information system in community planning to improve the science and sustainability of community planning can bring new ideas for the development of community planning in our country from the technical level.
