摘　　要：结合工程实例介绍了建筑物地基基础设计的内容,对单桩承载力、承台和桩身进行了初步设计,并分析了桩基沉降以确保建筑物的安全性,同时简要介绍了智能化设计,结合现状对其未来的发展提出了展望,希望可以为类似工程提供参考。Combining with the engineering example,this paper introduces the design of building foundation,makes a preliminary design of the bearing capacity of single pile,bearing platform and pile body,analyzes the settlement of pile foundation in order to ensure the safety of the building,at the same time,this paper briefly introduces the intelligent design,combined with the status quo for its future development prospect,hoping to provide reference for similar projects.
