摘　　要：工装的通用化在产品的开发阶段起到了重要作用。工装用来确定工件在机械加工中的位置,它直接影响加工质量、生产效率和成本的控制。因此,针对目前道岔产品的生产现状,设计一种客专系列道岔产品试铺通用型工装,满足不同型号产品的使用,减少频繁更换工装的辅助工作,最大限度的提高产品生产效率、降低制造成本。The generalization of tooling plays an important role in the product development stage.Tooling is used to determine the position of workpiece in machining.Directly affect the control of production efficiency and manufacturing cost.Therefore,according to the current production status of turnout products,design a kind of general tool for trial laying of switch products of passenger special line.Meet the use of different models of products,reduce the auxiliary work of frequent tool change,maximize production efficiency,reduce manufacturing costs.
