摘　　要：对污泥气化装置及污泥特性进行了系统分析,从炉箅均匀布气原理进行论述,提出了采用计算机仿真模拟分析方法,进行炉箅子布气现状,结构设计及优化的系统研究,达到了均匀布气的目的,彻底解决由于炉箅子布气不均匀导致气化装置无法长周期、稳定运行的问题。The paper has the systematic analysis of the sludge gasifier equipment and sludge features,indicates the even tuyere principle for the grate,points out the systematic research on the tuyere status of the grate,structural design and optimization by adopting the computer simulation analysis method to achieve the even tuyere and solve the problems for short period and unstable operation of the gasifier equipment caused by the uneven tuyere of the grate.
