摘　　要：对养老地产项目开发决策阶段的风险因素先运用层次分析法进行权重计算和一致性检查,并加以模糊评价矩阵和构建风险评价集合来结合模糊综合评价法进行综合评价,最后通过案例使其最大程度接近于真实情况,旨在给决策者提供更为综合可靠的投资风险信息。Firstly,AHP is used to analyze the weight and consistency of the risk factors in the development decision-making stage of pension real estate project,and then fuzzy evaluation matrix and risk evaluation set are constructed to conduct comprehensive evaluation combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the maximum degree of risk factors is close to the real situation through a case,so as to provide decision makers with more comprehensive and reliable investment risk information.
