摘  要:由电缆敷设等电网施工造成电缆护套出现损伤事件屡见不鲜。其大部分损伤都属于结构性损伤,目前针对电缆护套结构损伤的资料较为缺乏。红外光谱技术是一种高效快速的现代分析技术,利用检测器检测透过电缆样品(XLPE)的光谱,辨别样品结构和组成信息。X射线衍射技术常被用来表征聚乙烯的结晶信息,判别试样所受应力。结构损伤引起结构动力参数变化,利用频响函数曲率作为电缆护套损伤诊断因子。结果表明,受外力损伤的XLPE试样三种副产物含量与未损伤处含量不同。应力的大小与晶面间距的变化值具有相关性。通过试验观察损伤处与完好处频响函数曲率值大小,判别损伤位置。It is common for cable jackets to be damaged due to cable construction and other power grid construction.Most of the damage is structural damage,and there is currently a lack of information on cable sheath structure damage.Infrared spectroscopy is an efficient and fast modern analytical technique that uses detectors to detect light through a cable sample(XLPE),identifying sample structure and composition information.X-ray diffraction techniques are often used to characterize the crystallization information of polyethylene and to determine the stress on the sample.Structural damage caused structural dynamic parameter changes,and the frequency response function curvature was used as the cable sheath damage diagnosis factor.The results show that the content of three by-products in the XLPE samples damaged by external force was different from that in the undamaged areas.The magnitude of the stress is related to the change in the interplanar spacing.The damage location and the curvature value of the perfect frequency response function were observed through experiments to determine the damage location.
