凉血散瘀汤加减联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床疗效症状积分及VEGF的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨凉血散瘀汤加减联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic retinopathy,DR)患者的临床疗效、症状积分及血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的影响。方法:将我院2017年10月至2019年12月收治的152例(152眼)确诊为DR的患者作为研究对象,对所有患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据患者治疗方案的不同分为对照组(75例)和研究组(77例),对照组予以羟苯磺酸钙治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用凉血散瘀汤联合治疗,治疗过程中密切观察患者病情变化,对比两组患者的临床疗效、症状积分以及VEGF的影响情况。结果:对照组临床总有效率明显低于研究组(88.00%vs 97.40%)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者黄斑厚度、出血斑、血管瘤、症状积分、视力水平均明显改善,且研究组改善程度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者TNF-α、VEGF的表达均明显降低,研究组下降程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:凉血散瘀汤加减联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗DR患者临床疗效佳,可有效缓解病情变化,改善症状严重程度,在临床上值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of Liangxuesanyu decoction combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy on clinical efficacy,symptom score and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods:152 patients(152 eyes)admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to December 2019 were diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy as the research object,the clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment plans,the patients were divided into a control group(75 cases)and a study group(77 cases).The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate,and the research group was supplemented with Liangxuesanyu decoction.During the treatment,the patient's condition was closely observed,and the clinical efficacy,symptom score,and VEGF effect between the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the study group(88.00%vs 97.40%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the macular thickness,hemorrhagic spots,hemangioma,symptom score,and visual acuity of the two groups significantly improved,and the improvement in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expressions of TNF-α and VEGF in the two groups significantly reduced,and the reduction in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liangxuesanyu decoction combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy has a good clinical effect,which can effectively alleviate the change of the disease and improve the severity of symptoms,and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
