输血治疗新儿生肺炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对新生儿肺炎的输血治疗方案与效果进行分析讨论。方法选取延安市人民医院2018年1月至2019年12月109例新生儿肺炎输血治疗患者,随机分为研究组67例,对照组42例。所有患者常规抗肺炎治疗和辅助输血治疗。并分析比较治疗前后血常规结果、血气pH值、X线胸片。结果67例患儿通过输血治疗后,白细胞数值、HB浓度、血氧饱和度、胸片肺部炎症吸收程度明显优于对照组的患儿,两者比较存在明显差异(P<0.05)。母婴血型不合组别与母婴血型相合组输血治疗的效果比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论对于新生儿肺炎患者,输血治疗效果明显,且不受母婴血型不合影响。Objective To analyze and discuss the therapeutic scheme and effect of blood transfusion for neonatal pneumonia.Methods 109 neonatal pneumonia blood transfusion patients were randomly divided into a sudy group of 67 cases and a control group of 42 cases from January 2018 to December 2019.The results of blood routine examination,blood gas pH value and X-ray chest film before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results After blood transfusion,the number of white blood cells,HB concentration,Oxygenation and pulmonary inflammation absorption of 67 cases were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effect of blood transfusion between maternal and infant blood incompatibility group and maternal and infant blood group(P>0.05).Conclusion For neonatal pneumonia patients,blood transfusion treatment effect is obvious,and not affected by maternal and infant blood group incompatibility.
