TOD Integrated Station-City Practice Driven by New Development——Take Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone Xinhangcheng Station as an Example

摘　　要：以北京大兴国际机场临空经济区交通枢纽建设为契机,明确公共交通引导城市建设的核心发展思路.针对临空经济区面临的机遇与挑战,探索公共交通对地区发展重大现实意义和核心设计理念.以新航城TOD站点为例,详细介绍站城一体理念下公共交通枢纽节点的“内与外、人与车、交通与土地、建筑与空间”等各项设计要点.最后,指出TOD枢纽节点建设面临的问题和关注方向,为实现新航城站高品质站城地区发展模式、指导具体方案设计和后续实施建设提供了宝贵经验.This article takes the opportunity of the construction of the transportation hub of the Airport Economic Zone of the Beijing Daxing International Airport as an opportunity to clarify the core development ideas of transit-oriented urban construction.In view of the opportunities and challenges facing the Airport Economic Zone,this paper explores the practical significance and core design concepts of public transit for regional development.Taking the“Xinhangcheng”TOD Station as an example,the design points of“inside and outside,people and vehicles,transportation and land,architecture and space”of the public transportation hub node under the concept of station-city integration are introduced in detail.Finally,it pointed out the problems faced by the construction of the TOD hub node and the direction of attention,which provided valuable experience for realizing the development model of high-quality station-city areas,guiding the design of specific schemes and subsequent implementation and construction.
