摘  要:磷化氢作为一种高毒气体,其中毒特点是隐蔽、持续。有关磷化氢中毒的案件并不属于常见类型,并且缺乏典型性症状,所以经常误判为食物中毒,以至于耽误最佳治疗时机。这就提示在公安实际工作中,侦查人员要摆脱惯性思维的束缚,对中毒案件的毒物进行溯源调查时,要全面了解中毒人员所处的特定场所和外界环境,既要考虑食源性毒物,也要重视吸入性中毒,打开侦查思路,进行全面的勘验排查,才能为案件定性指明方向,精准判断,避免不必要的侦查措施。As a highly toxic gas,phosphine poisoning is characterized by concealment and persistence.Cases of phosphine poisoning are not common and lack typical symptoms,so they are often mistaken for food poisoning,delaying the best time for treatment.This tip in the practical work of public security,investigators want to cast off the yoke of the inertial thinking,toxic poisoning cases traceability investigation,to fully understand poisoning personnel in specific places and the external environment,should not only consider food-borne poison,also attaches great importance to the inhalation poisoning,open investigation,thorough screening of inspection,to indicate the direction of qualitative case,accurate judgment,avoid unnecessary investigation measures.
