压疮防护小组分时段护理在老年腹部手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨压疮防护小组分时段护理在老年腹部手术患者中的应用价值。方法选择本院2017年1月至2019年10月收治的腹部手术老年患者172例,随机分为两组各86例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组开展基于压疮防护小组的分时段护理。对比干预前后Braden评分、压疮发生率及护理满意度。结果干预后,与对照组相比,观察组Braden压疮评分与护理满意度均较高,压疮发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论压疮防护小组分时段护理,能够有效降低老年腹部手术患者压疮的发生率,利于改善患者预后,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application value of pressure ulcer protection team time-phased nursing in senile patients with abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 172 senile patients with abdominal surgery in the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 86 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given pressure ulcer protection team time-phased nursing.The Braden score,incidence of pressure ulcer and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,compared with control group,the Braden score and nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher,and the incidence of pressure ulcer in observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The pressure ulcer protection team time-phased nursing in senile patients with abdominal surgery can decrease the incidence of pressure ulcer,promote the prognosis,and increase nursing satisfaction.
