摘  要:锁紧释放机构是对目标零件进行锁紧和释放的装置,其与目标零件之间的接触力是一项重要的参数指标。结合锁紧释放机构本身的机械结构、客观的试验条件,设计锁紧释放机构接触力测量平台,搭建数据采集装置,开发基于LabVIEW上位机数据采集及分析系统。将标准力传感器信号与锁紧释放机构后端悬臂梁处产生的应变信号通过多项式拟合,在脱离力传感器的情况下,通过测量应变信号间接实现对于锁紧释放机构与目标零件之间接触力的测量。Lock release mechanism of target parts is locking and releasing device,with the contact force between the target parts is an important parameter index.Combined with the mechanical structure of the locking release mechanism and objective test conditions,the contact force measurement platform of the locking release mechanism is designed,the data acquisition device is built,and the data acquisition and analysis system based on the LabVIEW upper computer is developed.The strain signal generated by the standard force sensor and the cantilever beam at the back end of the locking release mechanism is fitted by polynomial.When the force sensor is removed,the contact force between the locking release mechanism and the target part is measured indirectly by measuring the strain signal.
