摘　　要：采用溶剂热法制备了石墨烯/氧化钨复合材料,通过XRD,SEM,Raman表征方法对复合材料形貌、晶体结构进行表征,结果表明:制备的氧化钨为六方相结构的WO 3,呈现一维管状形貌,石墨烯均匀分散在复合材料中。石墨烯/氧化钨复合材料涂覆在叉指电极制作成传感器进行气敏性能测试,结果表明:传感器可室温条件下实现对NO 2检测,检测下限为1×10-6;NO 2在3×10-6体积分数下响应时间约400 s;气氛中存在NH 3,H 2S,C 2H 5OH和CH 4干扰下,可以实现NO 2选择性检测。Graphene/tungsten oxide composite sensitive material is prepared by solvothermal method.The structure and morphology of the composite materials are characterized by XRD,SEM and Raman.The results show that the prepared tungsten oxide present tubular structure,and graphene dispersed in the sensitive material.Graphene/tungsten oxide(WO 3)sensing material is coated on the interdigital electrode to make a sensor for gas sensing performance measurement.The results show that the sensor can detect NO 2 at room temperature with a detection limit of 1×10-6;the response time is about 400 s with volume fraction of 3×10-6;and NO 2 can be detected in the atmosphere of NH 3,H 2S,C 2H 5OH and CH 4.
