摘 要:针对目前市面上普遍销售的烟雾火灾报警器存在测量精度不高、报警延时较长的问题,提出一种基于电路和光路两方面的改进方法。首次利用了信号的调制与解调方法,将光信号进行调制从而排除其他干扰光的影响,对电压信号进行差分放大,通过增加光程来提高光的吸收率,从而提高测量灵敏度。通过理论分析、电路设计以及实验,验证可以将检测时间缩短6~10 s,提高检测精度40%以上。Aiming at the problems of low measurement precision and long alarm delay of smog fire alarm widely sold on the market,an improved method based on circuit and optical path is studied.This method for the first time uses the modulation and demodulation of the signal in the measurement and control circuit to modulate the optical signal so as to eliminate the influence of other interfering light.Differential amplification is carried out on voltage signal,absorptivity of light can be improved by increasing the optical path,so as to improve the measurement sensitivity.Through theoretical analysis,circuit design and experiment,it is proved that the detection time can be shortened by 6~10 seconds.It can improve the detection precision by more than 40%.
