摘　　要：目的:探讨TPPA法与ELISA法在无偿献血者梅毒检测中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年12月至2019年12月市中心血站检验科的48例无偿献血者,首先采取梅毒抗体ELISA两种试剂进行筛查,然后在此基础上采取TPPA法进行进一步的确证。结果:初筛ELISA检测共有5例为阳性,TPPA确认阳性1例。结论:TPPA法与ELISA法在无偿献血者的梅毒检测中具有较好的应用效果,具有较为突出的临床价值。Objective:To explore the application effects of TPPA and ELISA in the detection of syphilis in unpaid blood donors.Methods:Select 48 unpaid blood donors from the laboratory of the blood center of the city center from December 2017 to December 2019.First,the two syphilis antibody ELISA reagents were used for screening,and then the TPPA method was used for further confirmation on this basis.Results:A total of 5 cases were positive in the preliminary ELISA test,and 1 case was confirmed positive by TPPA.Conclusion:TPPA method and ELISA method have a good application effect in the detection of syphilis in unpaid blood donors,and have relatively prominent clinical value.
