摘　　要：随着高通量测序技术(如RNA-seq测序和LncRNA芯片技术)等生物化学技术方法在医学应用上的不断深入,曾经被称为基因转录“噪音”并且被认为不具备生物学功能的LncRNA在动脉粥样硬化、心肌细胞凋亡、扩张性心肌病、心力衰竭、糖尿病心肌病等方面的独特作用逐渐为人知晓。作为一类内源性调节因子,LncRNA不再单纯只是过去认为无用的转录副本。该文就LncRNA在心血管疾病中的作用和机制研究进展进行综述,并对LncRNA作为心血管疾病临床诊断及预后标志物和治疗靶点的应用前景做出初步展望。With the application of high throughput sequencing technologies(such as RNA-seq sequencing and LncRNA chip technology)and other biochemical techniques to medical science,LncRNA,once called"noise"for gene transcription,used to be considered to have no biological function,plays unique roles in atherosclerosis,cardiomyocyte apoptosis,dilated cardiomyopathy,heart failure and diabetic cardiomyopathy,and are gradually being known to us.As a new member of endogenous regulators,LncRNA is no longer simply classified as a useless copy of transcription.This article reviews the research progress of LncRNA’s role and mechanism in cardiovascular disease,and makes a preliminary prospect on the application prospect of LncRNA as a clinical diagnosis and prognostic marker and therapeutic target in cardiovascular disease.
