摘 要:云南傣式冷弯薄壁型钢住宅是少数民族传统建筑风格和现代新型建筑工艺和材料相结合的代表之一,既符合傣族建筑风格的文化传承,也推广新型傣式建筑样式的发展。在有限元建模中,利用等代拉杆法,将墙体近似等效为等代拉杆模型,并简化整体结构模型,采用3种结构分析方法对结构的层间剪切力,层间位移和层间位移角进行了对比分析,最终判断结构的抗震性能。结果表明:一、二层的层间位移角和层间剪力值均小于抗震规范限值且二层组合墙体在8度多遇地震作用下处于弹性范围,满足抗震变形的相关要求。此外,3种计算结果均符合要求,但采用时程分析方法,结果更安全。The Yunnan Dai style cold-formed thin-walled steel residence is one of the representatives of the combination of traditional architectural style of minority nationalities and modern new building technology and materials.It not only conforms to the cultural heritage of Dai architectural style,but also promotes the development of new Dai architectural style.In the finite element modeling,the equivalent wall tie method is used to approximate the equivalent wall to the equivalent generation tie rod model,and the overall structural model is simplified.The three structural analysis methods are used to measure the interlaminar shear force and interlaminar displacement of the structure.The comparison between the displacement angles of the layers is carried out to determine the seismic performance of the structure.The results show that the interlayer displacement angle and interlaminar shear force values of the first and second layers are smaller than the seismic limit value and the two-layer composite wall is in the elastic range under the earthquake of 8 degrees and meets the relevant requirements of seismic deformation.In addition,all three calculation results meet the requirements,but if the time history analysis method is used,the results are safer.
