摘 要:海上油气设施风险可接受准则用于装备定性和定量风险评估时的风险等级判定。以风险分析为基础,结合国内外风险可接受原则,初步推荐海上设施风险可接受准则。通过该推荐准则对设备风险分析结果进行等级判定,指导和促进对设备风险程度的认知,进而针对高低风险设施合理分配现场检验人力和财力,更好地把握和控制海上油气装备风险,促进海上油气健康安全发展。Risk acceptance criteria of offshore oil and gas facilities are used for risk level determination in qualitative and quantitative risk assessment of equipment.Based on the risk analysis and combining domestic and international risk acceptance criteria,the risk acceptance criteria of offshore facilities are recommended.Through this criterion,the results of equipment risk analysis can be graded,and the cognition of equipment risk level is guided and promoted.Then the manpower and financial resources of on-site facilities inspection can be reasonably allocated,and the risk of offshore oil and gas equipment are better grasped and controlled,which is of great significance to the health and safety development of offshore oil and gas.
