摘 要:针对渗滤液深度处理中RO膜的清洗难题,对武汉某垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液处理站RO膜的日常运行数据、化验数据和清洗方式进行研究,得出以下结论:多级RO膜后两段产水电导率高于前两段,最大比值可达4;离线清洗便于对单支膜清洗效果进行观察,RO膜清洗后产水电导率会变大;酸洗时间可为碱洗时间的60%;RO膜元件中会有一定量SO42-残留,前段NF系统的运行对于尾端RO的正常运行影响较大。In view of the cleaning problem of RO membrane in the advanced treatment of leachate,the daily operation data,laboratory data and cleaning method of RO membrane in a leachate treatment station of a garbage incineration plant in Wuhan were studied,and the following conclusions were drawn:the last two of the multi-stage RO membrane The conductivity of the produced water in the first two stages is higher than that of the first two stages,and the maximum ratio can reach 4.After the RO membrane is cleaned,the conductivity of the produced water will increase;the pickling time can be 60%of the alkaline cleaning time;there will be a large amount of SO42-residue in the RO system,The operation of the front-end system has a great influence on the normal operation of the RO.
