基于矿山工程开采的钻探机械单片机控制电路设计

摘  要:位移测量在矿山开采工程中具有重要价值,不过应用传统嵌入式控制电路来测量位移测量小,此基于矿山工程开采进行钻探机械单片机控制电路设计。在构建钻探机械单片机控制电路总体的基础上,概括出电容测量电路框图,继而进行钻探机械单片机控制电路设计。首先设计前置电路,然后设计单片机连接电路,最后设计电机驱动电路。测试总体电路设计的示值稳定性系统,并与嵌入式控制电路做位移测量中对比实验,并得出单片机控制电路设计工作效率高,更适合矿山工程的开采工作。Displacement measurement is of great value in mining engineering,but the traditional embedded control circuit is used to measure displacement measurement.This paper designs the single chip microcomputer control circuit of drilling machinery based on mining engineering.On the basis of constructing the control circuit of single chip microcomputer of drilling machinery,the block diagram of capacitance measurement circuit is summarized,and then the control circuit of single chip microcomputer of drilling machinery is designed.First design the front circuit,then design the MCU connection circuit,and finally design the motor drive circuit.Test the stability system of the whole circuit design,and compare the experiment with the embedded control circuit in displacement measurement,and get the MCU control circuit design High working efficiency,more suitable for mining engineering.
