摘  要:经真空自耗炉熔炼的锆合金铸锭大多头部易形成较深缩孔,影响其周围化学成分均匀性和铸锭成品率,并可能会对后续产品的加工造成影响,因此研究锆合金铸锭熔炼补缩工艺对提高产品质量和成品率具有积极意义。本文通过分析研究Zr-4铸锭的补缩工艺,探讨影响补缩工艺的控制参数,研究了缩孔位置处Fe元素偏析现象,提出了优化的补缩工艺,有效的降低缩孔处Fe元素的富集现象,解决了铸锭缩孔原因导致的铸锭成品率较低问题。The head of zirconium alloy ingot is easy to form deep shrinkage after vacuum arc melting.It will affect the composition uniformity、the yield of ingot and may affect the processing of subsequent product.Therefore,it is worthwhile to study feeding process of zirconium alloy ingot for improving the quality and yield of products.This paper analyzes and studies the feeding process of Zr-4 ingot.The control parameters effect was discussing and focusing on the research of Fe segregation phenomenon on shrinkage.An optimized feeding process was proposed,which reduced the enrichment of Fe segregation phenomenon on shrinkage and solved the problem of lower yield ingot caused by shrinkage.
