摘  要:我公司是国内最早研究、开发和生产氢氧化铝填料的单位,在国内外市场有很高的声誉,但有部分高端客户反映我公司产品存在色差问题。因此,有必要进行相关研究,以降低产品色差,进一步稳定产品质量。在实验室条件下研究了铝酸钠溶液质量、二氧化碳气体杂质、洗涤用水的质量、烘干条件、氢氧化铝的粒度对玛瑙填料氢氧化铝色度的影响,找出了生产玛瑙填料的工艺条件。Our company is the earliest research,development and production unit of aluminum hydroxide filler in China,and has a high reputation in the domestic and foreign markets.However,some high-end customers have reported that there is color difference in our products.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out relevant research to reduce the color difference and further stabilize the product quality.Under laboratory conditions,the effects of sodium aluminate solution quality,carbon dioxide gas impurity,washing water quality,drying conditions and particle size of aluminum hydroxide on the chroma of agate filler were studied,and the technological conditions for producing agate filler were found out.
