摘 要:针对液体火箭一级簇式发动机,建立了全箭三维模型,采用可压缩的冻结燃气流和DO模型辐射换热离散方法,研究了多喷管发动机工作时喷流流场参数分布规律和底部热环境随高度的变化关系。研究结果表明,随飞行高度增加,自由来流与发动机羽流之间形成干扰效应,喷流扩张角逐渐扩大,簇式喷管喷流之间形成干扰激波,并产生回流。当喷管间隙回流达到声速时,发动机底部压力会逐渐增大形成回流阻塞并形成局部高温区,随飞行高度变化,喷流高温区域前移,温度升高。高温反流直接冲击箭地底部,热流密度最大点出现在四个喷管中心底部位置,出现在箭体飞行20 km高度左右。研究揭示了不同飞行高度底部热流密度的变化机理。A three-dimensional model of a liquid rocket with cluster engine jet was established.By using the discrete method of compressible frozen gas flow and DO model radiation heat transfer,the distribution of jet flow field parameters and the variation of base thermal environment with height were investigated.The results show that,with the increase of flight height,the interaction effect between free stream and engine plume is formed,the.jet divergence angle is gradually enlarged,and the interaction shock wave is formed between cluster nozzles and.jets.When the recirculation in the gap of the nozzle reaches the speed of sound,the pressure at the bottom of the engine will gradually increase,forming a recirculation blockage and forming a local high temperature region.The high temperature reverse flow directly impacts the bottom of the rocket,and the maximum heat flux occurs at the bottom of the four nozzles at the height of about 20 km.The variation mechanism of the base heat flux at different flight altitudes is revealed.
