摘 要:基于COMSOL有限元软件建立辐射供暖地板三维导热数值模型,在验证模型的可靠性的基础上,综合考虑饰面层导热系数,管段导热系数,填充层厚度,管段外径,流体速度和流体进口温度对辐射地板表面温度均匀性的影响,建立了L27(36)正交表,利用田口方法求得最优参数组合,进而优化辐射地板表面温度的均匀性。最后,利用方差分析法对各实验信噪比进行方差分析,求得各参数对优化温度均匀性的贡献率。研究结果表明:流体进口温度,填充层厚度和管段导热系数具有较高的贡献率;最优参数组合为λs=1 W.m^-1.K^-1,λp=0.23 W.m^-1.K^-1,L=0.08 m,dp=0.020m,u=0.2 m·s^-1,Tin=35℃。优化后的表面温度均匀度较原值最大可提升约67.84%。The 3 D heat transfer numerical model of the radiant heating floor was established based on the COMSOL finite element software.Six parameters,including surface course thermal conductivity,pipe thermal conductivity,filler course depth,pipe diameter,fluid velocity,and fluid inlet temperature were taken into account and an L27(36)orthogonal array was built.The standard deviations of surface temperature in all cases were obtained by using the numerical simulation and the optimal parameters combination was obtained by employing Taguchi method.Analysis of variance method was proposed to analyze the contribution rate of parameters.The results showed that the fluid inlet temperature,filler course depth and pipe thermal conductivity were the significant contributory factors to the variation of surface temperature uniformity and the optimal combination was:λs=1 W·m^-1·K^-1,λp=0.23 W·m^-1·K^-1,L=0.08 m,dP=0.020 m,u=0.2 m·s^-1,and Tin=35℃.Results using the optimal parameters set reveal 67.64% improvement of surface temperature uniformity.
