波纹板含不凝气蒸汽凝结换热的数值计算

摘  要:本文建立了二维模型,使用FLUENT软件通过结合WCM和VOF模型对波纹板上不同混合气体流速下含不凝气蒸汽的凝结传热特性进行了研究。凝结模型通过UDF编译,模型的可靠性通过和文献中的数值解和实验值进行对比得到验证。结果发现波纹板波谷内的不凝气层较波峰处更厚,流速更小;随着混合气体流速的增加,波峰处液膜热阻先减小后增加,气膜热阻逐渐下降,而波谷处的液膜热阻整体增大,气膜热阻变化较小。当混合气体流速增大时,波峰处的换热得到增强,而波谷内会产生和液膜流动方向相反的旋涡,增大了液膜厚度和液膜热阻,波纹板波峰处换热能力整体远高于波谷处。In the present study,the steam condensation in the presence of non-condensable gas on corrugated plates in different mixed gas flow rates were simulated using a two-dimensional CFD model combining wall condensation model(WCM)and volume of fluid(VOF)model with FLUENT software.The condensation model is compiled by UDF and the model reliability is verified by comparing with the experiment and reference results in the literature.The results show that the non-nondensable gas layer in the wave trough of corrugated plate is thicker than that at the wave crest,and the flow velocity is smaller.With the increase of mixed gas flow rate,the liquid film thermal resistance at the wave crest decreases first and then increases,and the gas film thermal resistance gradually decreases,while the liquid film thermal resistance at the wave trough increases as a whole,and the gas film thermal resistance changes little.When the velocity of mixed gas increases,the heat transfer at the wave crest of corrugated plate will be enhanced,and the vortex opposite to the liquid film flow direction will be generated in the wave valley,which increases the liquid film thickness and thermal resistance.The heat transfer rate at the wave crest of corrugated plate is far higher than that at the wave trough.
