摘  要:在一台改造的光学发动机上,利用高速摄影技术获取缸内燃烧火焰形态,应用双色法计算火焰温度和碳烟KL因子的分布,试验研究煤基合成柴油(CTL)及其含氧混合燃料对发动机燃烧过程及碳烟生成历程的影响规律。研究表明,在CTL中掺混含氧燃料后,滞燃期延长、燃烧持续期缩短,火焰面积、火焰自然发光度明显减小,燃烧温度降低且温度梯度减小,碳烟KL因子也随之减小。对于含氧量相同、不同分子结构的D05和B15燃料,B15火焰自然发光度与火焰面积相对于D05均大幅度下降,温度场分布更加均匀。由于正丁醇与DMC分子键合形式的不同,在CTL中掺混分子中含OH基的正丁醇对于碳烟KL因子的降低效果优于掺混DMC。In a modified optical engine,high-speed photography technology was used to obtain the patterns of combustion flame in the cylinder.The distribution of the flame temperature and the characterize soot concentration’s KL factor are calculated by using two-color method.The experiment on the effects of coal-based diesel(CTL)and its mixed fuel with oxygenated fuel on the combustion process and soot generation process of the engine is studied in this paper.Studies shows that when oxygenated fuels are added to CTL,the ignition timing is postponed,the combustion duration is shortened,the flame area and flame luminance are significantly reduced,the combustion temperature in the cylinder decreases in gradient,and the KL factor also decreases.For D05 and B15 fuels with the same oxygen content and different molecular structure,the natural luminosity and flame area of B15 flame are greatly reduced relative to that of D05,and the temperature field distribution of B15 is more uniform than that of D05.Due to the difference in the bonding form of n-butanol and DMC,the n-butanol containing OH groups blended in the CTL is better than the blended DMC in the CTL in reducing the soot KL factor.
