清脑养心汤治疗原发性失眠临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清脑养心汤治疗原发性失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取120例原发性失眠患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予阿普唑仑片治疗,观察组给予清脑养心汤治疗,2组均治疗5周。对比2组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)及睡眠障碍评定量表(SDRS)评分。结果:治疗2周、5周及随访4周、6周,2组PSQI、ESS及SDRS评分均较治疗前降低,观察组PSQI、ESS及SDRS评分均低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不同证型PSQI、ESS及SDRS评分治疗后各时间点比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),上述3项评分从低至高依次为阴虚火旺型、痰热内扰型、心脾两虚型。对照组不同证型PSQI、ESS及SDRS评分治疗后各时间点比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清脑养心汤治疗原发性失眠疗效优于阿普唑仑片治疗,可提高患者的睡眠质量,对阴虚火旺型原发性失眠者效果最好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingnao Yangxin tang for primary insomnia. Methods:A total of120 cases of patients with primary insomnia were selected as the study objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with alprazolam tablets, and the observation group was treated with Qingnao Yangxin tang. Both groups were treated for five weeks. Before and after treatment,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS) and Sleep Dysfunction Rating Scale(SDRS) in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment for two and five weeks and after follow-up for four and six weeks respectively, the scores of PSQI, ESS and SDRS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same period, differences being significant(P<0.05). At different time points after treatment, the scores of PSQI, ESS and SDRS in patients of different types in the observation group showed significance in differences(P<0.05),and the above three scores from low to high were vigorous fire due to yin deficiency type,phlegm-heat harassing the interior type and heart-spleen deficiency type. At different time points after treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of PSQI, ESS and SDRS in patients of different types in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of Qingnao Yangxin tang for primary insomnia is better than that of alprazolam tablets. It can improve the sleep quality of patients,and has the best effect on patients with primary insomnia of vigorous fire due to yin deficiency type.
