补肾育子方联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗肾阳虚型排卵障碍性不孕临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾育子方联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗肾阳虚型排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法:选取60例肾阳虚型排卵障碍性不孕患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组给予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合补肾育子方治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡数量、优势卵泡直径,记录2组生化妊娠率及临床妊娠率。结果:治疗后,2组腰膝冷痛、倦怠乏力、畏寒肢冷、头晕耳鸣评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),研究组上述4项中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡数量、优势卵泡直径均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),研究组子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡数量、优势卵泡直径均比对照组增加更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组生化妊娠率及临床妊娠率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾育子方联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗肾阳虚型排卵障碍性不孕,可改善患者的中医证候,促进其子宫内膜及排卵功能恢复,提高妊娠率。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Yuzi prescription combined with clomiphene citrate for ovulatory dysfunction infertility of kidney yang deficiency type. Methods: A total of 60 cases of patients with ovulatory dysfunction infertility of kidney yang deficiency type were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate capsules,and the study group was additionally treated with Bushen Yuzi prescription based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three months. Before and after treatment, the Chinese medicine syndrome scores,endometrial thickness,the number of mature follicles,and diameter of dominant follicles in the two groups were compared;the biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the two groups were recorded. Results: After treatment,the scores of cold pain in waist and knees,burnout and hypodynamia,aversion to cold and cold limbs as well as dizziness and tinnitus in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores of the above four Chinese medicine syndromes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness,the number of mature follicles and the diameter of dominant follicles in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Bushen Yuzi prescription combined with clomiphene citrate for ovulatory dysfunction infertility of kidney yang deficiency type can improve the Chinese medicine syndromes of patients,promote the recovery of the endometrium and ovulation function,and enhan
