腕踝针在人工流产术镇痛中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察腕踝针技术在人工流产术镇痛中的效果。方法:将100例患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组在手术前、手术中不给予任何镇痛措施,行常规人工流产术。试验组在术前30 min,腕踝针行皮下浅刺,留针至术后1 h。分别观察2组术中、术后30 min疼痛程度、人流综合征发生程度。结果:试验组术中扩宫时、负压吸引时、手术结束时疼痛程度视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分别与对照组比较,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后15 min疼痛程度VAS评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组人流综合征发生率为6.0%,低于对照组24.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.353,P=0.012)。试验组术后宫缩痛情况与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.078,P=0.779)。结论:腕踝针技术能有效提升人流术镇痛的效果,减少人流综合征的发生,提高满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on analgesia of induced abortion. Methods:A total of 100 patients were divided into the experiment group and the control group according to random number table method,50 patients in each group. The control group received conventional induced abortion without any analgesic measures before and during the operation. Thirty minutes before the operation, the experiment group performed subcutaneous superficial pricking of wrist-ankle acupuncture,and the needles were retained until one hour after the operation. The degree of pain and induced abortion syndrome in both groups were observed respectively 30 min after the operation. Results:The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores of pain at the time of intra-operatively enlarging the uterus, at the time of negative pressure suction and at the end of operation in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group respectively,the difference being significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the VAS score of pain 15 min after the operation(P>0.05). The incidence of induced abortion syndrome was 6.0% in the experiment group and 24.0% in the control group, the difference being significant(χ~2=6.353, P=0.012). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the pain of uterine contractions after the operation between the two groups(χ~2=0.078,P=0.779). Conclusion: The wrist-ankle acupuncture can effectively improve the analgesic effect on abortion, reduce the incidence of induced abortion syndrome,and improve the degree of satisfaction.
