中药内服外用联合临床护理治疗宫颈HPV感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服外用联合常规护理治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法:将宫颈HPV感染患者78例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊外用及常规护理干预;观察组给予易黄汤内服、妇科九味洗剂外用,并行常规护理干预。2组疗程均为20 d,观察比较2组临床疗效、复发情况及患者护理满意度。结果:总有效率观察组为97.44%,对照组为89.74%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发率观察组为2.63%,对照组为8.57%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意度观察组为97.44%,对照组为87.18%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上,易黄汤联合妇科九味洗剂治疗宫颈HPV感染疗效肯定,可提高临床疗效及患者护理满意度,降低复发率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine combined with routine nursing for cervical HPV infection. Methods:A total of 78 cases of patients with cervical HPV infection were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,39 cases in each group. The control group was given external application of recombinant human interferon α-2 b vaginal effervescent capsules and intervention of routine nursing,and the observation group was given oral administration of Yihuang tang and external application of Fuke Jiuwei lotion as well as intervention of routine nursing. Both groups were treated for 20 days. The clinical effect,the recurrence rates and the nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate was 97.44% in the observation group and 89.74% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate was 2.63%in the observation group and 8.57% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 97.44% in the observation group and 87.18% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on routine nursing, the therapy of Yihuang tang combined with Fuke Jiuwei lotion for cervical HPV infection has definite curative effect,and can improve clinical effect and nursing satisfaction,and reduce recurrence rate.
