摘　　要：目的研究棉布类和无纺布材质手术衣阻菌效果。方法对棉布类手术衣和无纺布手术衣采用直接观察培养基、干性条件下微生物屏障性能试验以及无菌检验的方法,评价手术衣不同存放条件的阻菌性能。结果棉布类手术衣经压力蒸汽灭菌后,通过无菌检验方法测试达到合格要求。棉布类手术衣样本和无纺布手术衣样本在相对静止条件下8 h内能起到很好的阻菌作用,人工污染约10^6 CFU枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢后,仍有很好的阻菌作用。在平均风速0.8 m/s情况下棉布类手术衣和一个品牌的无纺布手术衣样本放置8 h均有菌生长。单层棉布类手术衣在室温和37℃条件下,放置4 h,医院A未达到合格要求,医院B达到合格要求;放置8 h,两家医院均未达到合格要求。双层样本及无纺布手术衣样本在室温和37℃条件时,放置4 h和8 h均未长菌,两家医院均达到合格要求。结论棉布类手术衣和无纺布手术衣在相对静态、干燥的条件下有很好的阻菌能力,但在一定风速条件下的阻菌能力较差,放置时间长有一定影响。OBJECTIVE To study the antibacterial effect of surgical clothes made of cotton and non-woven fabrics.METHODS Cotton and non-woven surgical garments were tested by direct observation medium,microbial barrier test under dry condition and sterility test so as to evaluate the antibacterial property of surgical garments under different storage conditions.RESULTS After pressure steam sterilization,the cotton surgical gown passed the test of sterility to meet the qualification requirements.The cotton and non-woven surgical clothing samples showed good antibacterial activity within 8 hours under relatively static conditions,and still showed good antibacterial activity after being artificially contaminated with Bacillus subtilis black variant spore at about 10~6 CFU.Under the condition of average wind speed of 0.8 m/s,both cotton and a brand of non-woven surgical clothes had bacterial growth after they were placed for 8 hours.Under the conditions of indoor temperature and 37℃,the single-layer cotton surgical gowns of the hospital A did not meet the qualification requirements after being placed for 4 hours,while the gowns of the hospital B meet the qualification requirements;the gowns of neither hospital meet the qualification requirements after being placed for 8 hours.Under the conditions of indoor temperature and 37℃,there were no bacterial growth in the double-layer samples and the non-woven surgical garment samples after being placed for 4 and 8 hours,and both hospitals meet the qualification requirements.CONCLUSION Cotton surgical clothes and non-woven surgical clothes have good antibacterial ability under relatively static and dry conditions,but the antibacterial ability is poor under the condition of certain wind speed,the storage time can be affected.
