摘　　要：以国际酒店集团资本运作模式为研究对象,对其发展进程中存在的问题现状进行定性分析,并指出了其对我国酒店运营和发展的启示。Taking the capital operation mode of international hotel group as the research object,this paper qualitatively analyzes the present situation of the problems existing in its development process,and points out its enlightenment to the hotel operation and development in China.
