摘　　要：财政是国家治理的基础和重要支柱,是保障乡村振兴战略中各要素有效运行,实现乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要手段。新时代,内蒙古实行乡村振兴战略需要大力发挥财政政策的支持作用,其着力点在于促进农牧区高质量发展,提高农牧区基本生活水平,加强生态文明建设。Finance is the foundation of national governance.It is also the major means to ensure the effective operation of the various elements of the rural revitalization strategy,to modernize the rural governance system,and to increase the governance capacity.Inner Mongolia’s implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era should give full play to the supporting role of fiscal policies,and focus on promoting the high-quality development,improving the living standards and ramping up the creation of an ecological civilization in agricultural and pastoral areas.
