摘  要:针对某项目曝气生物滤池在使用期间出现出水量低、滤池堵塞严重、出水水质不达标等问题进行研究,经现场采样并结合理论探究滤池堵塞原因.经计算发现,原因为设计不合理,项目采用的反冲洗泵流量不足,无法提供足够的反冲洗强度.解决方案为在曝气生物滤池中附加1台潜水泵,减小反冲洗泵的出水管压力,加大流量.该方案具有工程量小、成本低、改造时间短的特点.经过整改后,曝气生物滤池运行恢复正常.In view of the problems of less effluent,serious filter blockage and substandard effluent quality during the use of biological aerated filter(BAF)of the project,the causes of filter blockage were explored through on-site sampling and theoretical analysis.After calculation,it is found that due to the unreasonable design,the backwash pump cannot provide sufficient flow and backwash strength.The solution is to add a submersible pump in the BAF,reduce the pressure of outlet pipe of backwash pump and increase its flow.The advantages of this plan are less workload,lower cost and shorter construction period.After modification,the operation of biological aerated filter returned to normal.
