摘  要:为模拟二氧化碳在非均质地层中驱油的智能调剖过程,配制了一种二氧化碳响应性流体溶液即SDS-TMPDA-CO2体系。通过红外光谱表征、配伍性实验、流变性测试、调剖实验进行了评价。实验结果表明SDS-TMPDA-CO2体系受二氧化碳注入量和压力影响,改变了体系分子空间结构,使其黏度发生改变,对二氧化碳驱油过程产生智能调剖的作用;SDS-TMPDA-CO2体系适合在矿化度不高于100000 mg/L以内使用;当SDS-TMPDA-CO2体系浓度达到10%,岩心渗透率为180 mD时,封堵压力可达到45 MPa,堵气率达到99.5%;在渗透率级差为765和1000的模拟非均质地层下进行智能调剖实验,最大可扩大23%波及体积。In order to simulate the intelligent profile control process of carbon dioxide flooding in heterogeneous formation,a carbon dioxide responsive fluid solution,SDS-TMPDA-CO2 system,was prepared.It was evaluated by infrared spectrum,compatibility test,rheological test and profile control test.The experimental results show that the SDS-TMPDA-CO2 system is affected by the injection amount and pressure of carbon dioxide,which changes the molecular space structure of the system,changes its viscosity,and has an intelligent profile control effect on the process of carbon dioxide flooding.SDS-TMPDA-CO2 system is suitable to be used within the mineralization degree of no more than 100000 mg/L.When the concentration of SDS-TMPDA-CO2 system reaches 10%and the core permeability is 180md,the plugging pressure can reach 45 MPa and the plugging rate can reach 99.5%.Intelligent profile control experiment is carried out in the simulated heterogeneous formation with permeability ratio of 765 and 1000,and the maximum sweep volume can be expanded by 23%.
