摘 要:以吉林白鹅蛋用品系为试验对象,研究了复合中草药添加剂“补中益气散”和“白龙散”对产蛋期种鹅血液指标的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲喂复合中草药添加剂的试验组在产蛋期的免疫性能显著提高。产蛋期内,对照组种鹅血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的含量差异不显著,试验组IgA和IgM的含量显著上升(P<0.05),IgG含量变化不显著(P>0.05)。谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)和胆固醇(TCHO)指标中,试验组的ALT比较稳定,且略有上升(P>0.05),而对照组的ALT显著下降(P<0.05)。其他指标的变化趋势2组差异不显著(P>0.05)。这说明,在产蛋期日粮中添加中草药能够提高种鹅的免疫能力,从而有助于减少产蛋期种鹅的应激,提高生产性能。The eggproduction line of Jilin white goose was used as experimental animal in this study to investigate the effects of two compound Chinese herbal medicine additives,“Buzhong Yiqi San”and“Bailong San”,on blood indexes during the laying period.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the immune performance of the experimental group fed with the compound Chinese herbal additives during the laying period increased significantly.During the laying period,there was no significant difference in the content of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the serum of breeding geese of the control group(P>0.05).However,in the experimental group,the content of IgA and IgM increased significantly(P<0.05),though no significant difference of IgG was observed(P>0.05).Among the other indexes related to the immune performance,including alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),triglyceride(TG),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),and total cholesterol(TCHO),ALT in the experimental group increased gradually though not significantly(P>0.05),but ALT in the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05).All the other indexes showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The results indicate a positive role of compound Chinese herbal medicine additive on the immune performance of laying goose,and the enhancement of immune performance may help to overcome the stress and gain better production performance.
