摘　　要：该文认为,随着市场需求、技术进步以及企业内部因素的诸多变化,中国航运产业链体系重构加速,这是航运业外部促进、内部驱动和适应性选择的必然结果。航运产业结构和业务内容不断更新,各类相关企业在战略层面、价值层面和空间层面的分工与合作不断深化,必须采取积极措施加以有效应对。With the changes of market demand,technology progress and internal factors,the reconstruction of China's shipping industry chain is accelerating,which is the inevitable result of the external promotion,internal driven and adaptive selection.The industry structure and business content of shipping are constantly updated,and the role and cooperation of related enterprises at the strategic,value and space levels are deepening.It is necessary to take countermeasures solving the new situation.
