护理管理理念在静脉药物集中配置管理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理管理理念在药物集中配置(下文简称PIVAS)管理中的应用分析。方法:本研究选取自2017年3月-2019年3月在我院PIVAS管理中心工作的60名护理工作人员。分成两组,观察组应用护理管理理念制度,对照组应用一般管理制度,对比两组护理人员在PIVAS理论与操作水平评分。结果:观察组护理人员在各项评价指标中均优于对照组。结论:护理管理理念在PIVAS管理中的应用价值很高,值得临床推广。Objective:Purpose:To explore the application and analysis of nursing management concept in drug centralized allocation(hereinafter referred to as PIVAS)management.Methods:This study selected 60 nursing staff working in PIVAS management center of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019.Divided into two groups,the observation group applied the nursing management concept system and the control group applied the general management system.The scores of PIVAS theory and operation level between the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing staff in the observation group were better than those in the control group in all evaluation indexes.Conclusion:The application value of nursing management concept in PIVAS management is very high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
