摘 要:提出一种斜率闭环补偿方法,用以限制恒定导通时间(COT)控制Buck变换器的频率抖动幅度。与传统固定斜率补偿方法相比,所提方法依托数字化控制方法闭环调节斜率补偿值,在不同工作状态下,能够在有效限制频率抖动幅度的情况下,最大限度提高负载响应速度。此外,该方法无需增加外部检测电路,根据一段时间内开关周期关断时间偏差动态调节补偿信号斜率,并在满足频率抖动限定条件下选取最优补偿斜率。通过理论分析和相应实验验证了所提方法的可行性。A slope close-loop compensation method is proposed to suppress the jitter of Buck converter with constant on-time(COT)control.Compared with the traditional fixed compensation slope method,the proposed method uses digital control to dynamically provide the magnitude of compensation slope,which can achieve a balance between transient response and limiting jitter under various conditions.Specifically,without adding the external detection circuit,the proposed method based on the closed-loop control of the off-time and thus the jitter is limited to controllable value.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by theoretical analysis and corresponding experiments.
