摘  要:目的探究肌间沟联合腋路臂丛神经阻滞应用于上肢手术的意义。方法选择2017年10月—2018年10月来本院接受上肢手术的患者196例为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各98例。对照组应用单纯化肌间沟或腋路阻滞。观察组应用单纯化肌间沟阻滞联合腋路阻滞,分析对比两组临床效果。结果和对照组相比,观察组受试者感觉阻滞维持时间更长,麻醉优良率明显更高。虽说不良反应发生率比对照组低,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论针对于接受前臂上肢手术的患者来讲,应用腋路联合肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞能够取得满意成效,出现术中麻醉意外以及并发症发生率较低。Objective To explore the significance of intermuscular groove combined with axillary brachial plexus block in upper limb surgery.Methods A total of 196 patients who underwent upper limb surgery in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 98 cases each.The control group was treated with a single intermuscular groove or axillary block.The observation group applied a single purified intermuscular groove block combined with axillary block to analyze and compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the subjects in the observation group maintained the sensory block for a longer time,and the rate of excellent anesthesia was significantly higher.Although the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,there was no significant difference,P>0.05.Conclusion For patients undergoing forearm upper limb surgery,the use of axillary approach combined with intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block can achieve satisfactory results,low intraoperative anesthesia accidents and low incidence of complications.
